PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates with no prior automotive finance history and have no derogatory credit (no delinquencies, no charge-offs or judgments)

VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
This program applies to new Mazda3 Sedan, Mazda3 Sport, Mazda5, Mazda6, CX-3, CX-5, CX-9, MX-5 vehicles only and Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
New 2016 and 2017 Mazda3 Sedan, Mazda3 Sport and CX-3 customers also benefit from the program by receiving an additional $500 discount off their purchase. This program can also be used in conjunction with all other incentive programs, including the Mazda Graduate Rebate.
Canadian residents who have graduated between April 30, 2015 and April 30, 2018 from an accredited Canadian university or college are eligible for an additional rebate on all new and certified pre-owned Mazda vehicles.

Mazda Canada Inc. is proud to support the mobility needs of drivers and passengers with physical disabilities, with assistance toward the purchase and installation of adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
Eligible customers will receive up to $750 (including GST) towards the purchase and installation of adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment
Adaptive driving or passenger equipment includes wheelchair or other lift equipment, hand or other driving controls
Purchase and installation of equipment which costs less than the maximum $750 will be paid at the actual costs
Purchase and installation of equipment exceeding $750 will be paid a maximum of $750
VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
This program applies to all new, unused and certified pre-owned vehicles including MCI company vehicles and Dealer demonstrators.
QUALIFYING PROCESS
Determine your Province's or Territory's Driver's Licence requirements regarding the use of mobility equipment.
Evaluate your needs in conjunction with your medical service provider.
Choose a qualified mobile equipment installer.
Only the original owner of the vehicle is eligible.
Modifications and equipment installation must be completed for the original owner or their immediate family.
Only one re-imbursement request will be allowed per vehicle.
CLAIMING PROCESS
To qualify for payment, the purchaser/lessee must complete the "Mobility Assistance Claim Form" and forward it, along with required documentation, to Mazda Canada Inc., Mazda Mobility Assistance Program, 55 Vogell Road, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3K5.
All payments will be made directly to the retail purchaser or lessee. To be eligible for payment, the "Mobility Assistance Claim Form" must be received within three (3) months from date of purchase.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Complete the Mazda Mobility Assistance Claim Form and submit to Mazda Canada Inc. along with the following documents:
- A legible copy, from an authorized Mazda dealer, of a signed Bill of Sale or Lease Agreement;
- A legible copy of the vehicle ownership certificate;
- A legible copy of the paid invoice(s) for the adaptive driving aids/mobility assistance equipment installed on the purchased vehicle by a qualified installation provide, and;
- A copy of the physician's statement identifying the specific reason(s) for mobility assistance.
NON-QUALIFYING EQUIPMENT
Mazda Canada Inc. does not recognize the below items as adaptive driving aids or mobility assistance equipment:
- All accessories
- Automatic transmission
- Heated seats
- Any mobility equipment that is not permanently affixed to the vehicle
- Any other equipment that, in the opinion of Mazda Canada Inc., does not meet the requirements of the Mazda Mobility Assistance Program.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The customer is solely responsible for the selection of both the mobility equipment manufacturer and installer. Mazda Canada Inc. or its Dealers bears no responsibility for the warranty of the mobility equipment and installation. In the Province of Quebec, a legislative requirement stipulates that individuals must see a driver rehabilitation specialist for a driver assessment before having a vehicle modified.
The Owner Loyalty Program rewards current Mazda customers, with preferred rates or special offers up to $1,000. These rewards are available to existing customers who are either purchasing an additional new or Certified Pre-Owned Mazda or trading in their current Mazda.
CUSTOMER ELIGIBILITY
This program applies to current Mazda customers or family members.
Current Mazda customers:
- An individual who currently owns a Mazda vehicle
- Note: customer does not have to be the original owner of the current Mazda vehicle
Family Member:
- Family member must reside at the same address as current Mazda customer
VEHICLE ELIGIBILITY
- Any new or Certified Pre-Owned Mazda vehicle, financed or leased through Mazda Financial Services.
PROGRAM ELEMENTS - NEW AND CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLES
- Qualifying customers are eligible to receive the specified rate discount published by Mazda Canada off standard rates or the published Mazda Canada subvened lease and APR finance program rates. The interest rate cannot fall below 0%.
- Owner Loyalty offers are non-transferable and may be extended at Mazda Canada's discretion.
- Owner Loyalty Program is on top of any discount that may be offered by dealers to their valued customers.
About the Program
The Mazda Military Discount is available to both veteran and service members in all branches of the military. This includes active duty members, reserves, veterans, and retirees within two years of separation or retirement in the following branches:
- Air Force
- Army
- Coast Guard
- Marines
- National Guard
- Navy
Additionally, spouses and children in the same household are eligible for the discount as well. However, there is a limit of two Mazda Military Appreciation Bonus Cash offers per person in a year, and proof of eligibility is required.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Which vehicles are eligible? Mazda Military Appreciation Bonus Cash can be used toward the purchase of most new 2017 and 2018 Mazda models. Ask our sales team about specific model eligibility.
- Can this discount be combined with other offers? Mazda Military Appreciation Bonus Cash cannot be combined with additional private offers unless specifically indicated, but it can be combined with public purchase incentives (including lease and APR incentives/offers and customer cash back).
- What else is required? You will need to provide proof of eligibility such as a copy of your Leave and Earnings Statement, Delayed Entry/Enlistment (DEP) Form, or Veterans/Retiree “DD-214” Form. You will also need a copy of your current driver’s license.
